I enjoy turning operational work that feels manual or difficult to manage into clear, reliable workflows. My focus is technical operations, workflow automation, AI-assisted operations, and content and data operations.

I turn manual, error-prone processes into structured and repeatable workflows. I focus on reducing mistakes, improving consistency, and making day-to-day operational work easier to manage. The systems I build aim to give teams better accuracy, clearer processes, and more reliable outcomes.
I spent ten years at Booking.com in content operations and content integrity. During that time, I worked with policy-based quality control, escalations, onboarding support, process guides, reporting support, and bugs and outages coordination.
It taught me the value of clear runbooks, fast triage, structured execution, strict checks, and processes that hold up under volume. I bring the same practical approach to workflow automation: validation rules, review queues, safe reruns, and human approval before external writes.
Photography is where many of these workflows started in practice: handling large volumes of files, keeping metadata consistent, improving quality control, and supporting faster publishing. amir2000.nl
